Ground Shipments: As of 4-4-2020 all ground orders will be on a 5-6 day lead time due to component shortages.
Expedited Shipping : 4-4-2020 All Expedited shipments will ship next business day with the exception of Easter gifts which are not available for shipping until Thursday 4-9-2020 due to component shortages. We will notify you the minute the situation allows us to go back to same day shipping.
People in general seem happy that they can just still get something sent and delivered even if it's after Easter. So many orders are just thinking of you for people quarantined at home and not even Easter gifts at all.

Gift Basket Substitutions And Changes
We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. Please be aware that at times substitutions of variance in flavor, fragrance, or packaging will occur. Refunds, discounts, or a new gift being shipped will not be offered due to substitution. You agree to occasional substitutions by placing your order with us.
Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
We do not notify clients prior to component substitutions being made.
Gift Basket processing times
Baskets are processed Monday - Friday. Orders submitted after 12 noon will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday and on weekends, will be processed on the following business day.
