We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need to at various times throughout the year. Not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. Please be aware that at times substitutions of variance in flavor, fragrance, or packaging will occur. Refunds, discounts, or a new gift being shipped will not be offered due to substitution. You agree to occasional substitutions by placing your order with us.
Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
We do not notify clients prior to component substitutions being made.
Gift Basket processing times
Baskets are processed Monday - Friday. Orders submitted after 12 noon will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday and on weekends, will be processed on the following business day.
